Where are my trees coming from?
The Tree Center is located in Maryland, just a short drive from our nation’s capital. We work with a select variety of trusted growers across the country, to ensure we’re always getting the highest quality plants for our customers.
Am I able to come and pick up my order?
We understand the feeling of wanting your trees right away. While all of our trees are shipped from our farm to your front door, we are not an on-site nursery and do not currently allow customers to come and pick up their trees. Why do all that lifting if you don’t have to?
Can I order an out of stock product in advance?
The Tree Center does not allow any items not already available on our website to be purchased in advance. Upon arrival from our growers, everything we receive goes through a stringent quality check before making them available to our customers online. We have very high expectations for all of our plants to ensure you receive only the best!
Am I able to apply gift cards, credits or promo codes over the phone?
Our friendly customer service team members are able to apply promotional discounts for our customers over the phone. Store credit and gift card codes would need to be applied by the customer, by placing an order online through our website. This is because each credit and gift card code is uniquely generated and secured in order to protect its value for our customers. This means that not even customer service team members can apply it, and as a result do not have the option available to them. Please note that promotional, credit, and gift card codes cannot be combined on any single order.
