What good is getting your landscape in the mail if your plants show up dead? We’ve got to admit, sending a tree in a box across the country is pretty unorthodox. Thankfully, we’ve become experts at it. Because of our Arrive Alive Guarantee, you can rest assured that your trees will get to you healthy and happy.
What do we guarantee for?
The Tree Center guarantees that your plant will arrive in healthy, living condition. If your plant does not arrive alive or is otherwise damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Please note that leaves missing or minor naturally occurring changes to plants are not considered damage. Our Satisfaction Guarantee is valid for 30 days from the time of delivery. Any issues after 30 days are only eligible for resolution if a warranty has been purchased.
A store credit for the equal amount of the product(s) in question will be issued.
We ask that, for any damaged or unhealthy plant delivery, that a picture and description of the issue be provided to us. If your plant is damaged or did not arrive alive, please fill out the following form: Sad Plants Form
In addition, if you have ordered a deciduous tree shipped dormant in the winter or spring that fails to emerge from dormancy by May 30th, please contact us by June 5th. We will make an attempt to either find a solution to aid your current plant or ship a replacement should there be an issue with the plant itself.
