Don’t just settle for roses that have one color – the incredible Rainbow Sorbet™ Tree Rose brings a whole blend of colors in just a single bush. The large double blooms have hearts of yellow that merge into orange moving out from the center. The edges of the petals darken to red, making for a gorgeous and unique bloom. 3 1⁄2 inches across, and produced in abundance, the fully double blooms are a joy to see, and a great addition to any garden space. A gentle spice fragrance makes burying your nose in a blossom very worthwhile. Raised on a strong stem, and with deep-green foliage, this vigorous rose stands a generous 4 feet tall and over 3 feet wide, bringing real ‘presence’ and beauty to your beds. Perfect as an accent plant, beside a doorway or at the foot of stairs, it is also fantastic in a planter, out on a terrace, on a porch or even on a balcony. It’s one of our favorites, and sure to become yours too.

  • Large multi-colored blooms of yellow, orange and red
  • Blooms in waves of new buds from early summer into the fall
  • A vigorous, larger plant that really makes a garden statement
  • Also suitable for growing in a large planter box or pot
  • Dark green, glossy foliage that is resistant to Black Spot

Grow the Rainbow Sorbet™ Tree Rose in full sun for maximum blooming, and plant it in a rich, moist, well-drained soil. Add plenty of organic material like compost to the soil when planting, and use as mulch too. In planters use 3 parts potting soil and 1 part garden soil, mixed together. Don’t let your plant become dry during summer, as that may make it become dormant, and stop producing new flowers. The leaves remain healthy and glossy, with good resistance to black spot in particular, and other diseases as well. Prune in spring, removing smaller branches and cutting back to one-third the remaining stems.
