How do you pack and ship an order?

Our teams take exceptional care in preparing & packaging your orders. All of our trees are shipped in growers containers. Plants, their soil, and containers are bagged and carefully secured in their boxes for transit before loading your order onto the FedEx truck ourselves. The rest is just waiting for it to arrive!

When do orders usually ship?

Most orders ship out from our farm the very next business day!

Will you let me know when my order has shipped?

The moment our plants are packaged and on their way to their you, we’ll send you an email with a FedEx tracking number so that you can track your order all the way home.

How long will it take for my order to arrive after it’s been shipped?

Most orders typically take anywhere from 1-4 days to arrive at your front door, depending on where their new home is!

What’s the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by going to: https://www.thetreecenter.com/support/track-your-order/. Enter your Order ID in the box provided and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

 I placed my order. How can I prepare for planting?

 One of our super simple planting guides are sent home with each order! While you do have some time after receiving your trees, we always recommend planting as soon as possible. It never hurts to have your holes dug and soil set aside so you get them in the ground when they arrive.

I can’t find my order number!
