How can I reset my password?

Whether you just want to change things up for security reasons, or if you’re having trouble remembering your password (we can all be a little forgetful), that’s okay!

All you have to do in order to reset your password is follow this link: My Account

Afterward, click the link that says “Forgot Password?” and enter the email address associated with your account below. If we have that in our database we’ll send you a reset link!

If you receive a message stating that an invalid email or username was used, then we don’t have an account under that email or username in our system. You can either create a new account or if you have purchased with The Tree Center in the past, you can submit a ticket to our awesome customer support team and we’ll be more than happy to lookup what email was used at that time.

How do I manage my email preferences?

We occasionally send special offers and deals to our inner circle (that’s you!). If you no longer wish to receive amazing emails click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of a promotional email sent to you by The Tree Center. It’ll break our hearts, but it will allow you to remove yourself from receiving information regarding future promotions and sales. 

If you’re having trouble finding this link, don’t worry! If you follow the link below, you will be able to unsubscribe by entering your email in the box provided. Our only warning is that you might miss out on awesome savings in the future!

How can I change my account info?

If you’d like to change your account information, such as your email address, your billing address, or your shipping address, you can do so by logging into your account on The Tree Center website!

If you’re not already signed in then you should find a button asking you to sign-in to your account by clicking your cart (the shopping bag icon) on the right-hand side of your screen. After successfully signing in to your account, you should be redirected to your account dashboard where you may change your account information.

If you’re already signed in to your account then you should find a link that says “My Account” by clicking your cart (the shopping bag icon) on the right-hand side of your screen. Clicking this link should redirect you to your account dashboard where you may change your account information.
