Frequently Asked
Questions

How does it work?

Glad you asked! Think of it like ordering a book online. Now, envision a 6-foot-tall book and an even larger box.

After you've chosen and ordered your dream landscape, we go to work getting your plants from our farm to your front door. We stage your plants and get them ready for their trip. They're then expertly packaged in custom-manufactured, fully-recyclable, corrugated boxes and loaded directly onto FedEx Ground trailers. In 1-3 days your order arrives and your plants are ready for their new forever home.

How do you ship?

We ship all orders via FedEx Ground. Your landscape will arrive in custom-manufactured, fully-recyclable, corrugated boxes in 1-3 days.

Where are you located?

We are smack dab in the heart of the luscious, green Mid-Atlantic - Maryland. We're located 30 minutes from Washington D.C. and 20 minutes from the Chesapeake Bay.

Will this plant work in my area?

Excellent question! First, you need to find out what your USDA Growing Zone is (1-13). In the top-right corner, click the shopping bag icon and you'll find a place to enter your zip code. Et voila! You now have your growing zone (or officially "Plant Hardiness Zone"). Every plant has their tolerated growing zone ranges listed.
